These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Storm Socials Academy membership program ("Programme"). By enrolling in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Programme

Storm Socials Academy will provide you with full access to the Programme materials and features from day one of your membership, including:

• Programme Materials: A library of resources, including plans, masterclasses, lessons, templates, and other materials designed to help you develop your social media skills.

• Community Forum: Participation in a private online forum where you can connect with other Programme members, ask questions, and offer support.

• Q&A Sessions: Monthly live or pre-recorded question and answer sessions with Storm Socials Academy instructors.

• Bonuses: Access to occasional bonuses offered to Programme members at the time of registration.

 

2. Fees and Payment

Storm Socials Academy offers the Programme on a monthly membership basis only. The fee for the Programme is advertised at the time of signup. Your first payment is due immediately upon enrolling in the Programme.

• Monthly Payments: You will be automatically charged each month until you cancel your subscription.

Payment Authorisation: You authorise Storm Socials Academy to automatically charge your credit or debit card according to the chosen monthly payment plan.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

The Programme is offered on an ongoing basis with a monthly subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your membership portal or by emailing [stormsocialsinfo@gmail.com].

• Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellation to allow for processing time.

• Cancellation Effect: Your subscription will be terminated immediately upon cancellation, and you will not be entitled to a refund as you have full access to all Programme materials from day one.

• Loss of Access: You will lose access to all Programme materials and features on the final day of your current subscription period.

 

4. Refund Policy

Due to full and immediate access to all Programme materials upon enrolment, Storm Socials Academy does not offer refunds.

 

5. Your Data and Privacy

Storm Socials Academy is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Data We Collect: We collect personal data such as your name, email address, and payment information when you enrol in the Programme. We may also collect information about your activity within the Programme, such as courses completed and questions asked.

• Data Use: We use your data to provide you with access to the Programme, communicate with you about your membership, and personalise your learning experience.

• Data privacy: We will NOT share your data with any third parties.

• Data Control: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also request to restrict the processing of your data or object to its processing altogether. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about your data rights.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Programme, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation of these elements, are the intellectual property of Storm Socials Academy or its suppliers. This intellectual property is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Limited Licence: You are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Programme materials for your personal use only.

• Restrictions on Use: You may not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or exploit any part of the Programme materials.

• No Resale: You may not resell the Programme content.

• Confidentiality: You agree not to share Programme materials with anyone outside of the Programme without written permission from Storm Socials Academy.

 

 

7. Personal Responsibility

By participating in the Programme, you accept personal responsibility for the results of your actions. Storm Socials Academy does not guarantee any specific outcomes from participation in the Programme. The Company provides educational and informational resources to help members succeed, but your ultimate success will depend on your own efforts, skills, and circumstances.

 

8. Materials You Provide

Storm Socials Academy does not claim ownership of any information or materials you provide during the Programme, including feedback, suggestions, or recordings of your participation in sessions.

• Grant of Use: However, by providing materials, you grant Storm Socials Academy, its affiliates, and necessary sub-licensees permission to use your submissions in connection with the Programme and its marketing materials. This includes the right to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your submissions.

• No Compensation: You will not be compensated for the use of your submissions as described above.

• Right to Remove: Storm Socials Academy reserves the right to remove any submissions at any time in its sole discretion.

• Your Warranties: By submitting materials, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all rights to your submissions and have the necessary rights to grant the permissions described above.

 

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

Storm Socials Academy makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of the Programme, including any technological aspects. The Company also makes no representations or warranties about the information or content included in the Programme. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Storm Socials Academy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

You agree to hold Storm Socials Academy harmless for any loss or liability you may suffer as a result of using the Programme or the information contained within it. The Company shall not be liable to you for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

11. Termination and Access Restriction

Storm Socials Academy reserves the right to terminate your access to the Programme at any time for disruptive behaviour, failure to follow Programme guidelines, or violation of these Terms. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund and will be responsible for any remaining payments under your monthly payment plan.

 

12. Force Majeure

Storm Socials Academy shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or internet outages.

 

13. Data Retention

Storm Socials Academy will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in Section 5 (Your Data and Privacy) or as required by law. We will then securely delete or anonymise your data.
